Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers. All children from Reception to Year 6 may be eligible for funding.

The criteria for funding is children who:
-
are eligible for free school meals, or have at any point in the last 6 years
-
have been looked after for 1 day or more
-
have been adopted from care
-
have left care under a special guardianship order, residence order or child arrangement order

When a child is identified as eligible for Pupil Premium funding the school will assess what additional provision each child needs and provide support to raise their achievement.
